We are looking for someone to help us with procedures, especially overtime hours and how to create a "checks and balance" on items supposedly going into our evidence locker/room.
Does anyone know of firms that help with this? Does any town/city share there polices.
We are a town of 9200 with 30 people in our police department and like many, we are not flush with money.
